Divine!

This Devine skein of baby Alpaca/silk
arrived today from knitspot's Fall in Fall Color 
January club shipment !

It's the softest yarn I've every held in my hands.




This is destine to become a lovely light-as-a-cloud stole designed by
Anne Hanson/knitspot.

I'll be posting photos once it gets on my needle.

    1. Denise, it's one of those "to die for" variations of pinks, purples,apricots
      That, with the combo of the two fibers - - - - - you're a spinner so you may appreciate this all the more

  4. I wonder how cultivated silk is different from...well...normal silk? That yarn looks like a dream to knit!

    1. I think it's stated on the label to let us know the worms are treated well

      However i do know that often times silk will be labeled
      Say for example - mulberry silk
      as those particular worms feed on mulberry leaves
      There are a couple more i am aware of, but can not recall this time of the evening

      And i AM certain that it is going to be wonderful to knit
