You're no doubt as familiar with this pair of socks
well, not exactly a pair YET
as any one.
- - - -
You've seen this yarn more time than you can count.
But that's the way this pair is.
BUT
I Am Woman, Hear Me Roar
these Pointelle will be MADE.
They will be finished by the end of the month.
I surely hope they are
They are frogged once again.
Now my newest plan
is that
I will knit them one-sock-at-a-time

Wow, that must really be a challenging pattern if you are willing to do one at a time. Hang in there.
ReplyDeleteWe may be seeing a pair of gold socks after all. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteThese just might be your most memorable knitted socks! You will conquer them! Do you still use the Magic Loop needle?
ReplyDeleteWhy did you frog them and why are you doing them one at a time instead of two? Why, why, why -I sound just like a two year old. With all that snow outside you can just stay in and knit! Stay warm.

I AM WOMAN - I never give up (even if I should do so - it becomes the principal of the thing. Yarn over woman or something like that. You know it is okay to throw something away (well, its really not okay - you just pass it on to someone else.)

That will be lovely socks. I would to see them when they are finshed.
ReplyDeleteLove,
-Samya :-)
You are woman
ReplyDeleteHear you roar
Stitches too big to ignore ...
(You're so funny, Gerry. Good luck with the socks!)
