Gemini Re-visited

Progress has been made on Gemini
I've tried it on as it was to the point of dividing for the sleeves
Seems my measurement was correct
So, began knitting in the round for the body portion
Tried it on again this morning and the fit couldn't be better at this point.
Just need to knit to the correct length to add border.

Then it's on to the sleeves.
Not certain what length right now,
but certainly longer than the original Gemini.

Made a quick project bag

Daughter (the older) asked for a remote control/miscellaneous organizer.
We decided to make it the same size as her end table with enough length to corral her remotes, etc.

For a quick change she can just use the other side!

Gemini Re-Visited may be hogging all the knitting time lately
but, Staghorn Reversible Cable Scarf is getting a bit of attention.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our weather has been all of the place
Temps in the Seventies of a couple of days,
then two inches of (much needed) rain in one day
Now we are expecting single digit overnight temp.
Thanks for stopping by for a visit.
    1. D-i-l will be the recipient of the drawstring bag.
      You were in my thoughts as I used it. Kept it all this time 'cause I didn't want to cut into it. This way I didn't have to.
    1. Tina, that's a piece of cotton twill tape that I used my sewing machine to put my name on the tape, then cut it to size.
      Easy-peasy.
      Thanks for asking.
  8. Gemini looks different from the original. Different color and no open work at the top. It looks great with the mods and so glad to hear it fits. Reversible must be the main focus of your work since the remote corral and scarf (and probably Gemini II) are reversible. Might as well get two for the price of one!! Great projects and of course a great job.
    1. Tungston lighting may have caused the color shift. Gemini Re-visited does have mods this time 'round.
      I'm harding hard to get this version to fit to my satisfaction.
      Very observant re: double or nothing
