Wholehearted-ly Completed ! !

This was certainly a fun knit ! ! !

So much so I couldn't put it down.
The shawl used 462 yards of
Knit Picks Stroll
in Queen Anne and Summer Blossoms.
It measures ~48" x 15" unblocked.

I didn't go with the Picot Edge/Bind Off called out in the pattern.
I prefer the I-cord bind off.

Thanks goes to
for generously gifting this pattern to me,
to Evelyn - Project: Stash
for hosting the kal

If you've a moment, click over to these two blogs,
much creative talent.

We've received more than an inch-and-a-half of rain since last night.
Thunder & Lightening

This will certainly encourage the lawn to grow!

    1. Tracey, guess you'll have to wait for our leftovers this time. There should be some rain remaining since we got only the inch-and-a-half.
The way Mother Nature has been, there's no telling how this season is going to progress.

  9. thanks for vising me. I love the shawl. I used to crochet before I had bilateral carpel tunnel. I gave up crochet and embroidery for photography and computing. You are nearly and Ozarkian as I am. And we lived in Morocco for 2.5 years with a USN assignment.

I don't see how you keep up two blogs. My biological sister *I have two families) loves genealogy. She has traced us back to some Cherokee blood lines--interesting. She spends lots of time on it.

    1. Well, thanks for returning blog visits.
I've done photography, but now with digital I don't so much
      however, L♥VE my computers.
You may have read, we worked in Saudi Arabia for five years and certainly enjoyed our time there. Worked for ARAMCO [oil company]
My other blog sadly needs more time devoted to it
but knitting has taken it's place.
