Quick Update on Wholehearted Shawl

This shawl is such a pleasure to knit.
It's the color as much as it is the pattern.

    1. You're so right. I can't put the dern thing down.
I've had these two yarns for quite a while but couldn't find 'just the right project'. Then this week ! ! ! WHOLEHEARTED came up
And here we are knitting like crazy.
I'll have enough yarn leftover to make another with the colors reversed.

  2. Everything you knit is beautiful Gerry, everything!
I had planned to cast on this pattern, but then have
been derailed by a very sick 14 year old. Needless to
say I haven't done anything I was planning on doing.
    Love to you!
Oh, we are going to 43 tonight...unheard of here for
    this time of year!

Thank you for the lovely compliment, Tracey.
I will say the very same about all you do, also.

What is up with this weather. We had frost night before last.
Hope your crumby weather hasn't hindered your veggies' growth.

Thanks for stopping by, always love chatting with you.

    1. Oh, Paula, it is q great pattern. Not certain what the correction name for the patterned area, if it does have a name, but I do love knitting it.

And, we'll have to wait to see how those colors agree with me or not.

    1. Cool, Evelyn, now I know the name of the pattern we're knitting.
I sure didn't know what I was knitting.
Knitting the Stash Down is the main, well, maybe not the main reason for knitting, but a great reason to knit more.

    1. Thank you for complimenting my shawl. I enjoy the act of taking yarn and a knitting needle and looping the yarn into a sock or a shawl. It is rather magical.
Rachael, please come again soon to see the finished shawl. I'll be posting photos to show off my work. :^)
